Compiling 1.1.1 on Solaris 8...

Just wanted to update everyone on my progress. I've
managed to get SVN to compile by either strictly
limiting it to shared or static libraries, inclusive
of all programs that it works with (Open SSL, Berkeley
DB, Neon, LibZ, Apache2). All except Apache2 I
explicitly gave the "--enabled-shared=yes
--enabled-static=no" options. With Apache2 I only gave
it the "--enable-so" option.

The only hiccup I've had so far (and I'd like to know
if this is something I should be concerned about or if
SVN simply doesn't care) is that Neon didn't pass its
parse_date test. SubVersion passed all of its tests.

I haven't tried to setup or use a repository yet. I'll
be doing that tomorrow. Any how, I'd really like to
know whether or not I should be concerned about that
one item. I'll post whether or not it seems to work
fine tomorrow after I test setting up a repository or
two myself.

Thanks.

Ben
