FYI, the HEAD of the cvs2svn source tree has a new option '--fs-type'
option where you can specify 'fsfs' or 'bdb', although the default is
still 'bdb'.

Point your svn client at http://svn.collab.net/repos/cvs2svn/trunk to
get the latest cvs2svn.
