Click here for info: http://subversion.tigris.org/project_packages.html

Look for the Debian section and click on this link:
http://packages.debian.org/subversion

There you'll see that there is a 1.1.0-1 i386 release available. BUT it
is experimental, you'de probably would want to wait till it's unstable
before risking you're sources on it.

Gotta love Debian's naming scheme for their development streams.
Unstable in general means it's ok to use.

So technically speaking, it allready is available.
Practivally speaking, it should be available shortly, (depends on the
maintainer of the package).

grtz,
Jeroen
