Shouldn't be. But have you enabled the mod_dav module, too?

I don't understand what you mean by "I have problems" -- it's not very
enlightening. In general, thougj, mod_dav_svn must be able to find all
dependent DLLs. The easiest way to ensure that is to copy them to
Apache's modules directory (where mod_dav_svn lives).

By the way, I have no idea what mpr.dll does.
