Backup Script for subversion installed on Windows.

Does anyone have a windows script/batch that replicates the commands
in the python script? I assume I can't use that on a windows install
of subversion?

I would install subversion on linux but this is for a client of mine
who doesnt want to maintain a linux box just for subversion.
