RedHat 9 shipped with some bogus layout regarding the ssh and kerboros
stuffs. I recently upgraded to Fedora, so I don't have my old
configuration lying about, but I recall that I had to add
-DOPENSSL_NO_KRB5 to my compiler flags to get it to build correctly on
RH9.
