Standalone svn command-line client

What's the best way to get a standalone, statically linked version of the
svn command-line client (version 1.1.0)? I have several users that need svn,
but I'd prefer not to install everything on every machine. Ideally, I'd like
*one* executable, and I need Win32, Mac OS X, and Linux versions.
(On the Mac, fink tells me there's a svn-client package, which I suspect is
what I want for that platform.)
