hot-backup.py

Is anyone successful at backing up theor repos using the hot-backup.py
script. I keep getting errors when using the following commands:

./hot-backup.py.in /home/svn/repos/work /home/svn/backups

I get the following error:

Beginning hot backup of '/home/svn/repos/work'.
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./hot-backup.py.in", line 97, in ?
    youngest = string.strip(stdout_lines[0])
IndexError: list index out of range

Anyone have any ideas.
