Visual patch tool for Windows?

HI!
Sorry, this is slightly off-topic, but since we want to use subversion as base...
Does anyone know of a visual patch tool for Windows?
It should do the same as the standard patch command (apply a .diff to a working copy), but visual (show diff, resolve conflict visual).
It should not need the original base file (as TortoiseMerge does).
