Check-out automatically sets up a virtual directory in IIS

I'm running Subversion primarily in a Windows environment. My
repository has about a dozen web sites in it, all of which runs in
their own production environment, plus on my computer as virtual
directories in IIS for development.

What I would like to see is the ability to set PROPerties for those
directories within Subversion to indicate that they should be made IIS
virtual directories whenever they are checked out to a new computer.
I suppose that it could be a script attached to Subversion somehow on
each client before the check-out operation occurred. I'd probably
want to customize the settings for the new virtual directory that was
created in IIS.

I'm imagining something IIS specific, but I suppose another client
script could use those same PROPs to create virtual directories within
Apache as well. I am just wondering if someone already has scripts
that do this. If not, can anyone give me any pointers to writing them
myself? Would anyone be interested in them?
