a realy newbie question :-(

Hello,
I'm new to the list, hope my question isn't too obvious.
I'm using svnserve 1.0.5 on linux RedHat 8.
I need to use 1.1 since we need FSFS.
as far as I understand from the mail list everyone is using apache,
does anyone use svnserve? are there any issues I should be aware of before
upgrading?
and where do i find the release RPMS for fedora core 2?
