Heh. I meant svnadmin.log, not tmp.txt, but it looks like you attached
the right file. Unfortunally it didn't give any clues. I wonder if svn
managed to link statically to an old db lib. Can you show us the output of

    strings /usr/local/lib/libdb-4.2.so | grep Sleepy

and

    find /usr -name 'libdb*.a'

By the way, what system is this? Linux? What distro?
