authentication

Is it possible for subversion to authenticate through the windows network users and login?

meaning, users should be able to use there windows account to login to subversion?
In our company, each password must be changed every ? days.

Currently we are working with subversion and the apache dav authentication, I'm configuring each user for certain directories...
