Repair flag

I'm trying to add some Java projects to Subversion and a lot of files of
them are not well formed: some lines ends in CRLF, others in CR and
others in LF.

When I add them and commit, SVN complains about this and says something
about a "repair flag" that is not set and I don't see any reference
about setting it in its manual, FAQ, mailing list archives nor in any
other place. Does anyone know how to set it?
