Update Subversion to 1.0.8

Hi Together

I whould like to update my current running Subversion 1.0.0 to a newer
Version. This probably whould be the Version 1.1.0 for Debian.

All Client's are Win32 with subversion 1.0.0 installed.

Is there a problem when the clients are running version 1.0.0 and connect to
1.1.0?

Whats happen when I update subversion server to 1.1.0, I need to dump and
load all repositorys or alle change affect's without a problem?
