Dual Web server for the same repository with different ACL

Dears,

Because the current ACL format is separated the relationship between IP and user/group,
is it possible to setup two Web servers on the same machine for the same repository.
On each web server, admin. can provide different ACLs in subversion.conf .

  The reasons are:
In isolated designer network, all design data is secured but work runs only on Linux/Solaris server farm.
In Internet-linked network, designer can access general data for PC-CAD purpose, such as Xilinx or MS VC.
Other sensitivity data should be hidden in Internet-linked network.

Does anyone have better idea for this?

Wish every one have a happy weekend.
