svn+ssh access method over ldap with pam

Hi,

is it possible to use svn+ssh over ldap with pam?
if yes, is someone of you using this method?

the reason I'm asking for is that currently I'm evaluating svn 1.1 with
http(s) over ldap and it is too slow ,
therefore I think on providing svn+ssh method for better performance.

any advice will be greatly appreciated.
