There's also Fedora's development RPMs, available at:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/

Or mirrored at:

http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/core/development/

Note that they're development RPMs and may not be stable; I've only
just installed Subversion (ver. 1.1.0-5) for the first time from their
PPC RPMs there, and haven't even used it yet, so I can't vouch for its
stability.
