You probably know it by now, but unless you don't, this has nothing to
do with good old Nagle, but everying to do with a bug which was
introduced in 1.0.8 and 1.1.0-rc4/1.1.0 as part of the security fixes.
There will hopefully be an 1.0.9 release to fix this, and it will
definately be fixed in 1.1.1, although it's hard to tell how soon they
can be released.
