Precompiled *static* binaries for linux?

Hello everybody,

I'd like to know if there's some place I can get precompiled *static* binaries
for subversion 1.1.0 linux/x86.

If not, I might end up compiling them myself ... which could take some time to
properly update every dependency.

If I don't have BDB, can I compile svn with only the fsfs backend?
