Well, you did the right thing (announce your intentions here). To
learn more about translating Subversion, you can read the TRANSLATING
and HACKING files in the root of the Subversion source tree.

In short: the messages to be translated are collected into one file
where you can easily translate them.

The project can help you with your translation by hosting it in the
repository and supplying a mailing list. If you do want to use either
(or both) of these, we encourage you to form a 'group' (minimum of 2)
so that continuity is a bit more secured.
