syncrhonisation between repositories

Hello all,

Is it possible to synchronize 2 (or maybe more?) repositories. I have a
(main) repository at home, on a fileserver and one on my laptop. Is it
possible, when I for example did some updates/commits on my laptop's
repository at work, when I come home, I can synchronize my other repos. with
the one on my laptop, so both repositories are back the same? I ofcourse
want it also vice versa: when I do an update on my fileserver's repos., I
want to synchronize my laptop with it.

And is it also possible when I do an update (X) to the fileserver, an other
one (Y) to my laptop, they can both synchronize themselves? (so X -> laptop
and Y -> fileserver)

I think this is also a nice example of backups: 2 live repositories, which
are identical.

PS: sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand it. If not, feel free to
ask questions about what I actually mean!

Thanks for your answers,

--
Johan
