I already discussed the issue on neon list and the suggestion comes directly from
there.
I don't know if neon team is going to include this setting in their
distribution.
Since neon source is shipped with subversion I thought this could have
been a specific setting for subversion.
Windows-to-Windows communication is really **slow** without disabling
Nagle algorithm.
As I said somewhere else, it is faster to interpose a Linux Apache proxy between
Windows machine rather than making direct communication.
