Access problems

Hi

Apache: Apache/2.0.51
SVN: version 1.0.8 (r11084)

A client is trying to access my SVN server
(http://www.paulgrenyer.dyndns.org/svn/begin-cpp/). I have set up both
read-only and read-write access for him, a separate username and password
for each. Neither work with the web interface and he fails to commit with
TortoiseSVN and is constantly asked for his password, even when he ticks the
box to remember the password.

Both his usernames and passwords work for me, from an entirely remote
location (different country in fact), so I'm stumped. There's nothing in the
apache error logs. Where should I start looking?

Regards
Paul
