RE: hot-backup.py failed: Can't copy '/var/local/repositories/X' to '/var/local/backups/Y': File too large

I finally got around to trying some of the suggestions I received to resolve
this error, however they were all unsuccessful. This included:

 - Upgrading to svn 1.0.8
 - Read updated information at
http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1819

What's left is to try to build 1.0.8 with APR 1.0.0. Is this even possible?
Will subversion 1.0.8 work correctly with APR 1.0.0? Or is this upgrade
supposed to be included in svn 1.1?

Thanks!
