No clues really...I just upgraded one of my repository servers to
1.0.8 this morning without incident and ra_dav. If you have an
appropriate version of neon installed, I would have expected this to
work just fine.

Could you send to me the output (off-list would probably be best) from
"pkg_version -v" and a typescript of "make install" for the
devel/subversion port?
