Problem Cygwin + subversin : checkout -> svn: Can't recode string

Hello,

I use Cygwin on my windows server.
I have installed with the cygwin setup : sshd, subversion (and a lot of
package i need)

I use TortoiseSVN for my client computers, and checkout, commit, update
works well.

But in my server under cygwin, i attempt to make a checkout :
svn checkout file:///cygdrive/c/RepositorySVN/ABC/

and that’s my result :
A ABC/doc/documents/Idee
A ABC/doc/documents/Idee/Idee Portail
A ABC/doc/documents/Idee/Idee Portail/Liste Portails exemples.txt
svn: Can't recode string

I think there is an encoding problem or a charset problem but i doesn’t
known a solution !
(because the problem is with files or directory wich have got an “é” or
“è”)

Anyone can help me ?

Thanks,
