editing the svn access file.....

hi...

before i get too far into this proj. has anybody worked on/developed an app
to automatically edit/modify the svn access file for a given proj/user.

i'm considering how to allow users to access files under svn control, but i
want to restrict access to the person who creates the file. it appears that
i'm going to need an app to allow the user to enter name/passwd, and
dir/filename. i'm then going to need the ability to add this information
into the access file.

anybody thought about how to approach this issue..

comments/thoughts/opinions/etc...
