Error in blame: "Missing changed-path"

I ran a blame today and saw this error pop up on a file in our
repository. We're at about 1200 checkins and to my knowledge this is
the first occurance. Archive searches show a problem around 0.36 that
was fixed, so I don't know if it is a regression or something
different. The history of the file in question includes a directory
rename. 'svnadmin verify' shows no errors.
