By any chance are you using a SMP server?
There were more problem reports in the past with DB 4.1 on SMP... If you
search the logs, you should be able to find those.
I'm not sure, but shouldn't you be using apache 2.0.49 with 1.0.6? And
perhaps a newer neon as well?
The 1.0.6 release mentioned neon 0.24.7.
(My archive doesn't contain 1.0.5 release anymore so can't go back further)
But well, since Suse patched apache and neon already, I can't say whether
the required things are already in the packages you need.
