case insinsitive svn:ignore

Because I am doing Windows development, I never know what my filenames are going
to be ;) Here is what I am currently using, but I don't think it is working.
Wondering if there isn't a switch to tell the server to ignore case.

iLibs/conf/svnserve.conf:
[general]
global-ignores=*.zip *.bak *.exe *.err *.ZIP *.BAK *.EXE *.ERR DATA\*.DBF DATA\*
.FPT DATA\*.CDX DATA\*.dbf DATA\*.fpt DATA\*.cdx
