Are the bugtraq properties implemented anywhere or is the
issuetrackers.txt document simply a proposal. I'm using the latest
non-SVN1.1 TortoiseSVN client and there's no behaviour change when I add
these properties to my root repository folder. I can't find any mention
of the bugtraq: behaviour in the Tortoise documentation.

Yes, see
http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk/doc/issuetrackers.txt
And
http://www.public.asu.edu/~makrists/scmbug/
TortoiseSVN and WebSVN have some sort of support for using the "bugtraq"
properties described in the first link. I don't know about other tools.
I setup a post-commit hook to add bug comments to my Bugzilla, but my
tortoise isn't new enough to know about bugtraq so I have to remember to
put [Bug 63130] or whatever into my log.

Are there integrations between Subverion and issue tracking systems such
as Bugzilla?
It's very handy to know that revision 123 fixes bug report 987 and vice
versa.
TIA,
Mark Brown
