I haven't had a chance to look at it yet, but I'm very interested to try
  it. I think that web-based user admin will be especially useful in
larger organizations because it can allow the Subversion related admin
tasks to be split up --- the real sys-admin can manage the repositories
and backups and a group leader type can manage access controls for their
repositories.

So don't give up yet!
