I see no mention of this in the developer's section of the book I
mentioned (http://svnbook.red-bean.com/svnbook/ch08s03.html). Where is
this stated policy? If you're going to document the layout and contents
of the .svn directory in the "official" book, shouldn't this policy be
clearly documented in that section as well?
