Permissions?

From: <robin.cocking_at_att.net>

This morning I rebooted the server on which my svn database repository resides. Ever since, I've been having problems. I was able finally to run svnadmin recover successfully (Thanks, Jacob) but I still can't access the repository. I am getting this message:

> svn: Unable to open an ra_local session . . .
> svn: Unable to open repository . . .
> svn: Berkeley DB error while opening environment for filesystem svn/db:
> Permission denied.

I even changed the permissions for the entire svn directory to 777, but still get the same message. Any ideas?
