Hmm, interesting.

You should know that refinecvs was one person's personal project, because
they had a strong dislike for Python. As such it lacks the presence of a
testsuite, development soak time, and multiple developers looking at the
code.

Cvs2svn won't actually do what you want either just yet, though.

Either do several seperate conversions into several seperate svn
respoitories, or do one conversion, and svn mv stuff around.
