Setup/Administer multiple Repositories with one Process

We use svnserve to host our repository. I have written a Windows service
that launches svnserve with the parameters provided in a configuration file,
but I can't figure out how to use one svnserve process to serve multiple
repositories. Is this possible? Do I use some kind of svnserve configuration
file? Can someone point me to this part of the documentation?
