Subversion 1.1.0

Hi

My company want to install a new subversion server. I'll do that.
It's planned for the next week, but they can wait some days.

Is there a 1.1.0 RC3 planned until now ? If yes, i'll install the 1.0.6
(they dont't want RC). If no RC3 is planned now, I'll make them wait for
the 1.1.0 (with the 4 weeks, it should bd released near the 6th septembre)

Last but not least, a global remark: English is not my mother tongue,
could you not use word like "AFAIK" I can guess some (RTFM, ASAP), but it's
not really easy for the others
