Issue: "Segmentation fault" on directory add

Hi,

I can add a file to a new, clean Subversion project, but as soon as I
try adding a directory (even an empty, brand new one) it returns with
"Segmentation fault" and then every action gets me "svn: Can't recode
string".

Both the client and server are Debian, with the default install of
Subversion off Testing.

Any ideas?
