In reference to this point, you must hate every Windows program in the
world. Almost everything I install puts stuff here without asking.
It's the standard Windows location for that data. And as far as I know
it can't be changed. On 2k and XP systems, it's even worse at
C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\Application Data .
Maybe Subversion could be one of the few products that give full
disclosure to this, but I hardly consider this unusual behavior.
