Modified hot-copy script

Hi,
 
I have modified the hot-copy script to take a svn-parent-path like folder as
argument and backups all repositories in there. It's very simple and
straight forward (these are my first python lines ever), but it workes for
me. Feel free to do something with it. (Please report back to me if anyone
does some more improvents)

PS: I used it on windows, so i had to include the path to the subversion
binaries in there (having subversion\bin in path wasn't enough ), take care
of it.
