Same here, SpamAssassin 3.0pre4 lit up like a xmas tree on that message:

 0.0 HTML_40_50 BODY: Message is 40% to 50% HTML
 2.3 HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_12 BODY: HTML: images with 800-1200 bytes of words
 0.0 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message
 1.0 MIME_HTML_ONLY BODY: Message only has text/html MIME parts
 2.8 HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG HTML-only message, but there is no HTML tag
 1.3 PRIORITY_NO_NAME Message has priority, but no X-Mailer/User-Agent

Yet another reason to avoid HTML in mailing lists.
