svnadmin missing

I'm new to the list, hi to all.

I've just installed Subversion 1.06 on a Mandrake 10 laptop, using
the breser urpmi media. The installation seemed to go flawless but only
the 'svn' and 'svnversion' binaries are actually created. I'm sure at
least 'svnadmin' should be available too, and maybe others. Uninstalling
and reinstalling didn't solve anything.

I'm googled for this issue but nothing showed up. Has anyone experienced
this problem? Am i missing something bloody obvious?
