where should i put the server config files

Hi everybody,

I just installed subversion 1.1rc1.

Now I wonder where i should place the cconfig files for svnserver?

I have the repository in the svn user's home dir (/home/svn)

And as on old cvs user:
Is there a way to execute a svn command in the "sandbox" without
mentioning the repository?
