We also make a lot but cvs is plenty fast even though it's not instant.
Instant isn't needed. Yes I am speaking for myself! When I was using
clearcase we branched for each defect since it was so fast, and it gave me
the history I am trying to get here. Sounds like you may have the bodies I
had when using clearcase, but I don't now, so one guy tracing a regression
is all we get!
