One thing I like in the Debian version which I just noticed the other night:
file:/// URL completion. (Well, up to the repository directory, anyway - it
doesn't peek inside, though I guess it could by using "svnlook ls" or some
such.) So definitely try to keep that in your version, if not enhancing it.
