File marked as "?" but when I add it says file is already under version control

Hello,

Sorry for my first question, I just installed svn 1.1 from an installer
and trying out in local mode.

I imported successully a project (Java undex MacOSX with XCode)

Then I decided to change the name of a file (a directory actually)
which was called
TBSwingTest.xcode
into
TBClient.xcode
I did this in the terminal (without using svn command, probably my
first error)
Then I did a svn delete TBSwingTest.xcode
It was accepted
I commit
Ok
Then I thought (too much like CVS I suppose) I had to do
svn add TBClient.xcode because it appears as "?" when I do a status.
But no way, it tells me TBClient.xcode is already une revision control.

Thanks for any hint!
