RE: Users file in separate directory on Windows 2003

When I tried /svnRepositories/userAccess.conf (or /userAccess.conf for
that matter), it actually threw an error saying "Can't open config file
'/svnRepositories/userAccess.conf". Since it didn't say
"D:/svnRepositories/testRepo/conf//svnRepositories/userAccess.conf", I
assumed that it could accept absolute paths. Is this correct?
