post-checkout hook?

Hi,

I was wondering if there were plans to implement additional hooks,
particularly for pre/post-checkout? I noticed there were only
pre/post-commit, and commit of property hooks.

Impetus: my group's project has a config file that we'd like to
customize with the location of the checkout and other factors.
