Sorry for my terrible grammar/proofreading. Here's the interpretation
of what I was trying to ask...

Am I correct in assuming that there will be an option to compile an
svnserver without the need for a Berkeley DB installation?

Any hints as to what configure options I'd need to use to make a non-db
svnserver?
